Why Walk Pedicab company?

Greetings. My name is Deriq Carr from La Pedicab. In December, I ordered a Trike from Why Walk Pedicab. It is now July and I have still not received my complete Trike. I have spoken with a young lady named Gina Garcia, and she has informed me of the delivery, yet nothing has arrived. I've called and gotten no answer, no response to my messages, nothing. The last time I actually spoke to someone, was them telling me t...hey were sure that my battery, lights, etc. were delivered, after that, I have been unable to get any type of response, nothing. I am in the process of getting my vehicles inspected and this delay is holding up my business. This is the second time, I will ask for a full refund or that my full order be filled, with a confirmation number, next day delivery. Why Walk Pedicab, and Ped-e-cab lacks professionalism. Gina Garcia actually is angry with me for not being happy with her insistent delays, and when I complain, she takes it personal. In December, she told me she would be back in January, and did not return until some time in April. When I let her know that she was holding me up. She chose to play some kind of, You yelled at me, you should understand my personal problems, and be more accepting of not getting your order completely filled, game with me, and now is choosing to hold up my progress. I will not suggest that anyone work with this Company, and hope that this message will get through. This is not how business is done.

Why do companies use commercial walk behind mowers?

Why do most landscapers use commercial walk behind mowers when the cost of a brand new garden or yard tractor is so much less? I was looking to start up a buisness and I found that a 8 - 10 year old walk behind commercial mower (32-48 inches) is the same price as a brand new tractor? Anybody with lawn mowing buisness experiance an answer would be appreciated. Thanks!

Since its been mentioned a in a few other posts- lets do a little comparison from a few years ago. A John Deere STX 38 had the same engine, same transmission, and same differential as the commercial walk behind from John Deere, however the components inside where NOT the same. So if you used a homeowner rider to do the same as a commercial walker, the rider would wear out faster because it wasn't built to take the abuse, the frame wasn't strong enough either. The commercial walk behind will last a LONG time if you take care of it (grease it /change blades daily, change oil, filters, pl…

why does the inspector from the relocation company (buying our house)want us to install weep holes in our perfectly dry, 30 year old walk out basement and (brick house)should we?

The weep hole are to prevent mold and mildew from forming between the brick and framing structure. These are not large holes take out the mortar between bricks one (1) brick high every 6-8 feet,  at the bottom course of bricks Not basement walls. If you have brick to grade, remove the joint 6 inches from ground level.
